This is an interactive view of the central 4x4 arcsecond regions of the 6 GASP jellyfish galaxies observed with HST UVIS camera. A description of the data is available in Gullieuszik et al (2023).
JO201, JO204, JO206, and JW100 host an AGN; their bright [OIII]5007 emission have two kinematic components. The intensity, velocity, and velocity dispersion of both components can be overlaid to the HST data. [OIII]5007 data are derived from MUSE observations (Radovich et al. 2019)). The components with the largest velocity dispersion is referred to as broad, the other one as narrow.
In each of the panels you can select the galaxy name and the filter, the RGB image, or the Hα emission map.
In the second row of each panel, you can select which map to overlay to the HST data, either the velocity (V) or the velocity dispersion (σ) map of both the narrow and the broad [OIII]5007 component. The slider can be used to change the opacity of the map from 0 (transparent) to 1 (completely opaque). The two sliders at the bottom of the panel set the opacity of the contours that show the intensity of the two [OIII]5007 components.
