The conference proceedings will be published by The Astronomical Society of the Pacific (ASP Conference Series).

The deadline for the manuscripts submisson is September 15 2004.

The page allocation is as follows:

- review/invited speakers' talks (20-30m) 6 pages
- contributed talks (10-15m) 4 pages
- posters/short presentations (5m) 2 pages

All participants must deliver signed Publication Agreement and Copyright Form to the organizers. Those participants who did not do it during the meeting are asked to download, sign and send as soon as possible via regular mail the form to:

To prepare your manuscripts you will need to use LaTeX templates and ASP style definitions. Below are the files of instructions/template and style definitions:

aspauthor2004.ps instructions and template file (postscript)

Print out the file aspauthor2004.ps for a full set of instructions for authors. These instructions explain, step by step, how to prepare your article using the ASP Conference Series style file (asp2004.sty).

Please follow these instructions carefully.



Since it is very expensive to reproduce photos in color, the costs for color reproductions are the responsibility of the author and are as follows:
1 = $975
2 = $1425
3 = $1875



The final versions of manuscripts must be sent to sn1604@pd.astro.it as email attachments before the specified deadline. The names and the types of the files to be submitted must be:
