Acceleration Mechanism and Spectral Curvature in TeV Blazars

TeV Blazars are characterized by a synchrotron emission with the SED peak in the X-ray range where spectral distributions show an appreciable curvature. We studied the relation between the intrinsic curvature in the electron energy distribution and the intrinsic spectral curvature. We present an accurate spectral analysis of a sample of X-ray observations, and use these data to verify the model above. Further we discuss the implications on IC/TeV emission and on the determination of EBL.
