Obscured AGNs in the COSMOS field

The database offered by the COSMOS survey offers a
unique possibility to select statistically meaningful
samples of AGN characterized by extreme properties. I
present a multiwavelength analysis of X-ray sources
selected on the basis of R-K>5 and high X/O, showing the
efficiency of this combined selection criterium in picking
up QSO2. I also discuss preliminary results of a SED
fitting and of the morphological analysis of the host
galaxies.
